This is a song I originally wrote as just an acoustic version many years ago. At the first song expo I shopped it at, I got a standing ovation! That day, the A& R rep recommended I send it to Warner Music Chapel Hill. I thought, "That's interesting", because it wasn't written as a country song, just a singer/songwriter song. Later, my husband recommended that I record a country version. While I've since been advised that, "Sex", is not a subject that is mentioned overtly in Country Music, this song's perspective is I believe, unique and consistent with many people's true values.
