Narayan Paharai has alleged that the police misused his name and forcibly included him in a collective named complaint against Lamichhane and submitted it to the court. In connection to the same Supreme Cooperative fraud case in Butwal, Rabi Lamichhane has been sent to Bhairahawa Jail for preliminary proceedings.
