Wigan's newest British Citizens

The National Anthem sang as part of British Citizenship ceremony, as The Mayor of Wigan Coun Marie Morgan was joined by consort Coun Clive Morgan and deputy Lieutenant Mike Walmsley MBE representing his majesty the King, to present certificates at the British Citizenship Ceremony, held in the Council Chamber at Wigan Town Hall.
