3 Best lower body exercises:
1.) RDL: Hits all the right right muscles (Lower back, spinal erectors, hamstrings and glutes) with variation in the knee bend change focus between glutes and hamstrings (would be stupid to skip this mega time saver).
2.) Hip thrusts: Trains the entire glute isolated in a full range of motion (studies show great glute activation) kind of the bread and butter excercise of growing big glutes.
3.) Bulgarian Split squats: Trains quads and glutes, the unilateral nature of the exercises contributes greatly to growing the lower bod symmetrically.
