IPL 2013 spot fixing Law must fix fixers

NewsX: Fixing in Indian cricket is nothing new. Right from the match fixing scandal in the late 1990s which rocked the game to the current IPL fixing it seems is never too far away. From Azhar-uddin to Sreesanth, it seems the deterrent has not been strong enough perhaps jail time is the only serious deterrent to ensure the game of cricket remains clean.
