Artist and Swimwear Designer Joel Alvarez is the creator behind the Black Tape Project and is responsible for the designs each model wears for the night. Joel Alvarez, now known as Drakhan Blackhart is an American born Cuban immigrant who has been doing these fashion shows since 2018.
